Transforming your body and getting healthier is simpler than you think. The secret is to start small and slow while gradually increasing intensity, to stay consistent, and to keep it simple.
Here is a ~5-minute sampler HIIT routine for beginners. Do it twice (or even better 3 times), for a total of around 10 minutes total workout, every day, and you'll be amazed at the results in vitality, strength, and cardio endurance you'll see after just two weeks.
Our full program goes for around 30 minutes for each workout + ~8 minutes of stretching and cool down. We use a combination of training systems to make it more fun. We also mix "cardio" and "strength" days to ensure overall fitness is developed.

This plan is Free for you to try out and includes 7 workout samples of around 5 minutes each with multiple bodyweight exercises.
Each workout is on a Tabata interval format where you have to hit start and do the required exercise following the in-app timer, taking rests as scheduled in the app.
On each workout, you will find a sample of a variety of exercises we use in the program. There are more advanced exercises and training methods that are available in the full version of the program.
If you are already fit and feel that ~5 minutes in this sample is not enough, I encourage you to do the 5/min interval several times, with rest of only 1-minute in-between intervals.
